Darjeeling (First Flush) A partially oxidized whole leaf tea grown in the tea gardens of the Darjeeling region in India. First Flush of the year or first picking is lighter in color and is known for a greenish cup and exquisite aroma. It is noted as the champagne of teas or the exotic one.
Pairs perfectly with smoked salmon. Also a treat with strawberries and cream. It can stand alone or complimented with cream and sugar.
