Competition Quality Golden Pu-er. This tea is in a category by itself - it is a semi-fermented tea. Called China's Mystery Tea. It is neither a black or green tea, allowed to undergo a semi-secondary fermentation. It improves with age and is usually compressed into shapes. A very strong, dark liquor with a musty, earthy flavor. Becoming a very popular fad! This one has lots of golden tips and is excellent.
