Simmer 4 tablespoons of mulling spice with 1 gallon of Apple cider in a saucepan for 15 minutes. Strain and serve hot in mugs.Hot Spiced Wine
Simmer just below boiling point 4 tablespoons mulling spice with 1 gallon of red wine in saucepan for 15 minutes. Add sugar to taste. Strain and serve hot in mugs.
1 teaspoon per 8 oz water
Water Temp: Just below boiling - strong simmer
