There’s something so special about taking the time to slow down & rest for tea time. Gather your group for a classic\, tea time packed full of all things tea. Sip on premium loose leaf tea while you munch on a perfectly selected and paired menu. \nGather your group of friends who simply need time together to laugh\, reconnect\, and slow down. We will have the endless tea and Tea Table awaiting you!\nTea Parties & Workshops are held at 343 W. Liberty Dr \, Liberty\, MO\nVisit the Tea Shop before or after your tea party at 9 W. Franklin St on the Historic Liberty Square.\nAt Every Tea Party – Our Special Touch\n\n1913 Historic Home\n\nIntimate seating\, old friends combined with new friends\, tucked inside the 100 year old home in Downtown Liberty\, Missouri. 5\,000 square feet of original woodwork\, fascinating history\, each owner’s love and impeccable maintenance are still a part of ‘this old house’. We can’t to welcome you for tea. \n\nSeating\n\nWe are not a tearoom or a restaurant; Anna Marie’s offers unique seating throughout the first floor of the 1913 home\, different sized tables and in different rooms. We will not break up your group but might need to combine smaller groups. Invite your friends and fill a whole table or look forward to possibly meeting new friends in a relaxed tea setting. It’s an ESU Tea Party with plenty of charm\, delicious treats\, and a setting fit for a king. \nEnjoy a delicious spread of tea sandwiches\, sweets\, Brenda’s signature scones\, mock Devonshire cream\, fruit butter or jams\, and premium tea. Brenda Hedrick\, owner of Anna Marie’s Teas\, says it best: This is no ordinary tea party—this King’s Tea Party is delightfully extravagant!” It’s a special occasion you won’t want to miss. \nThis English tea will be held in a stately three-story\, 5\,000-square-foot home built in 1913. With Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired details\, oak trim\, fireplaces\, open rooms\, a wraparound porch\, and beautiful antique furnishings\, it’s a wonderful backdrop for an English tea served on a special collection of china and silver. \nOur teas will also include a champagne toast to King Charles’ 78th birthday\, our popular trivia quiz\, special door prizes\, and a 50/50 raffle. \nWhen: Saturday\, August 29\, 2026.
