Crunchy Almond Cheese Sandwich
- 16 oz. cream cheese softened
- 6 Tablespoons butter softened
- 1 cup chopped almonds – toasted
- 1 Tablespoon dried parsley
- 2 Tablespoons dried minced onion
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Pumpernickel Bread
Combine all ingredients except bread. I use food processor – but do not over mix. Chill at least 2 hours before serving. Spread on pumpernickel for delicious sandwiches!
