The "Champagne of Teas" Darjeeling Blend Tea is a partially oxidized tea leaf high grown in the Darjeeling region of India. The blend consists of the First picking and the Autumnal picking. By blending the two pickings the it allows for sameness of taste from year to year. The familiar blend is then enjoyed from season to season. Good with milk and sugar. Light fragrant color.

Eight at the Fort black tea has a rich historic beginning. 8 special teas were carefully chosen and blended for a peace conference held in June of 1997. Along with Bill Clinton seven foreign dignitaries were served this blend at The Fort restaurant in Denver, Colorado.

Assam is a satisfying, deeply rich cup of tea and is used in many different tea blends. Serve this tea either hot or even poured over ice for a great summer iced tea. Assam black tea is a full bodied black tea from India. Malty characteristics, produces a sturdy, pungent liquor that is orange-red to dark red in color.
