As a fall and winter classic, our Mulling Spices can be used in cider, fruit juice, or red wine. You can even add a dash to a pot of hot water to make your house smell divine! All ready to go in a steeping-ready bag. Enough mulling spices to add to one full gallon of cider, juice, or wine. Recipes: Hot Spiced Cider Simmer 4 tablespoons of mulling spice with 1 gallon of Apple cider in a saucepan for 15 minutes. Strain and serve hot in mugs. Hot Spiced Wine Simmer just below boiling point 4 tablespoons mulling spice with 1 gallon of red wine in saucepan for 15 minutes. Add sugar to taste. Strain and serve hot in mugs.
