Raw Avocado Pudding
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 cup of coconut milk
- 3 Tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 2 Tablespoons of raw honey
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 1-2 drops of mint extract
Blend all in a food processor unil smooth. Chill – serve cold.
