    Sometimes coined as “China’s Mystery Tea”. Pu-Erh is a tea variety unto itself. Originally produced in Yunnan from ancient times and traded in the town of Pu’er in the southern Yunnan province. After the normal oxidation process of either green or black tea Pu-Erh is created by spraying the tea to remain moist. The tea is then piled and a second fermentation takes place. Pu-Erh can be compressed into shapes or remain as loose leaf. Our Golden Pu-Erh is in loose form and is competition quality. Many golden tips, superb earthy flavor, strong yet mild.
