It sounds so simple. Pomegranate Black. But, this Pomegranate Black is one of those zippy fruity - yet a teeny bit sweet - that has quickly become a daily favorite inside our teashop family!
Premium loose black tea blended with pieces of pomegranate and flavorings. Just the good taste of fruit and black tea. Delicious served hot and cozy in the winter months - yet strong fruit flavors big enough to stand the summer heat generously poured over ice. -

Assam is a satisfying, deeply rich cup of tea and is used in many different tea blends. Serve this tea either hot or even poured over ice for a great summer iced tea. Milk or sugar compliments Assam very well. We serve Assam at some of our more traditional or English Afternoon Tea Events and it pairs very well with strong food flavors. Assam black tea is a full bodied black tea from India. Malty characteristics, produces a sturdy, pungent liquor that is orange-red to dark red in color.
Depending upon tea leaf size, 1 oz of tea brews about 8-10 cups of tea.

Brewing Basket Medium is the best tea infuser available, according to Sarah, teashop girl and our in house brew master. The durable stainless steel mesh paired with heat-durable handles allows this brewing basket to work with a lot of different sized brewing vessels. Whether you brew four cups of tea or one cup of tea the handles hold your leaves up not allowing tea leaves to escape into the water. Tea leaves do vary a lot in size which needs to be considered. But, this tea brewing basket with handles medium size works well for 4 cups or less. -

Sometimes coined as “China’s Mystery Tea”. Pu-Erh is a tea variety unto itself. Originally produced in Yunnan from ancient times and traded in the town of Pu’er in the southern Yunnan province. After the normal oxidation process of either green or black tea Pu-Erh is created by spraying the tea to remain moist. The tea is then piled and a second fermentation takes place. Pu-Erh can be compressed into shapes or remain as loose leaf. Our Golden Pu-Erh is in loose form and is competition quality. Many golden tips, superb earthy flavor, strong yet mild. Rich very dark liquor. Chinese tea drinkers believe Pu-Erh lowers blood cholesterol and can aid in weight loss. They also drink Pu-Erh to help with digestion.
