Master piece hand-rolled pearls. Jasmine Pearls are a large combination of hand-rolled green and white tea scented with the essence of Jasmine buds or flowers. The green and white tea leaves are repeatedly rolled with the Jasmine flowers saturating the scent into the leaves. Afterwards the Jasmine buds and flowers are removed and the leaves are rolled into pearl shaped balls.

Houjicha Roasted Green are Bancha green tea stems and larger leaves. Roasted to give a nutty flavor and aroma. Bancha is harvested when new shoots and leaf buds grow after the first picking for Sencha. Bancha is a more astringent and less fragrant tea. Accompanies a heavier meal very well. Can be a good night time tea.
