Along with brewing hot tea in small quantities T-Sacs are great for brewing rooibos blends. Rooibos has such fine leaves they can sometimes escape a fine polymesh brewing basket. Master piece hand-rolled pearls. Jasmine Pearls are a large combination of hand-rolled green and white tea scented with the essence of Jasmine buds or flowers. The green and white tea leaves are repeatedly rolled with the Jasmine flowers saturating the scent into the leaves. Afterwards the Jasmine buds and flowers are removed and the leaves are rolled into pearl shaped balls.
